Your eyes and ears are spiritually blessed because you have the spiritual capacity to know the wisdom of God and to access “the gift of sight.” As a child of God you have been ordained to a life of glory and grace (Ephesians 2:10).
In 1 Corinthians 2:6-12, Paul explains how spiritual insight, or the “gift of sight,” is gained through the Holy Spirit.
It is the Holy Spirit who reveals the deep and hidden wisdom of God to believers. This wisdom is not accessible through human intellect or worldly wisdom but is a divine revelation meant for those who are spiritually mature and open to the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
Among the miracles of Jesus was the opening of blind eyes. There is no record of sight not being healed. When a man is bankrupt of sight, he is limited in life and destiny.
According to I Corinthians 2:6-12, you have access to the gift of “the seeing eye.” That gift is the Spirit of God that dwells in you. You have the gift of the Holy Spirit to show you the various ways to tap into the mind of God pictorially and graphically with the intent to obtain grace to walk in supernatural faith beyond human capacity.
In Luke 18:35-43, we encounter the story of a blind man who receives his sight from Jesus. This passage is rich with meaning and highlights several key themes.
Four Channels That Are Activated When God Gives the Gift of Sight
1. VISIONS & DREAMS: Helps us to navigate our path to destiny
God’s Spirit Poured Out: Joel 2:28
2. IMAGINATION and CREATIVITY: The first revelation of the Holy Spirit was a creative Spirit. Genesis 1:2
3. THE ABILITY TO GAIN INSIGHT FROM SCRIPTURE:
How does the ability to gain insight from Scripture open up the eyes of one's understanding according to Ephesians 1:17-18?
This passage speaks of receiving "the Spirit of wisdom and revelation" so that we may know God better and have the eyes of our hearts enlightened. This divine insight isn't just intellectual but deeply spiritual, opening up a deeper, more profound understanding of life's purpose and God's will. It enables believers to see beyond the surface, grasping the truths and mysteries of faith in ways that transform their perspective. Essentially, it's about gaining clarity and seeing the world through the lens of divine wisdom. This is Powerful revelation!
4. Prophetic Revelations: You do not have to be a prophet to operate prophetically.
a. John 16:13: “However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come.”
b. According to this passage, the Holy Spirit will guide us and show us things to come. Although this passage does not speak of the office of the prophet, it teaches that all Believers have the liberty of operating prophetically?
c. It also highlights the role of the Holy Spirit in guiding believers and revealing future events. This indicates that while not every believer holds the formal office of a prophet, all have access to prophetic insight through the Spirit. The Spirit's guidance empowers believers to discern God's will and perceive spiritual truths, enabling them to operate in a prophetic manner—receiving revelations, wisdom, and understanding for their lives and communities. It's a reminder that the prophetic is not just for a select few but accessible to all who seek the Spirit's guidance. Empowering, isn't it?
you can change your atmosphere!
d. Every time you have the ability to see in the realm of the spirit you can have the possibility of creating things in a moment. Realities materialize and manifest.
e. Prophetic revelations are our privilege to see and know work in the spirit. It is the strength of the secret place, the health of our spirit man.
f. The moment you’re open to the realm of the spirit, the person standing next to you can be affected. He may not know what is happening to him. People carry their own atmosphere.
g. In the Bible, the concept of carrying one's own atmosphere or spiritual presence is tied to the influence of the Holy Spirit within individuals. In Acts 5:15-16, people brought the sick so that Peter's shadow might fall on them and heal them. This indicates that Peter carried a powerful spiritual atmosphere that affected those around him.
h. Essentially, the presence of God within believers can create an atmosphere of grace, healing, and power, influencing and uplifting those they encounter. It’s like carrying the divine essence of God wherever they go. Isn’t that a profound thought?
I. You can be affected by another’s man’s spiritual atmosphere—they are communicable. Men walk in their climates. For example, walking into a room of gossip, jealousy—these things are an interaction with the spirit realm as casual as they sound. The realm of the spirit has presence and components that follow it. Hatred has a presence, jealously has a presence, love, power, hope, faith, creativity etc. …
