Dr. Gloria Collier is a dynamic and accomplished individual with a rich academic background and a deep commitment to serving and empowering others. 

Education:

• Graduate of International College of Bible Theology (Doctor of Theology-Research & Teaching) and Anchor Theological Seminary (Doctor of Christian Philosophy).

• Her academic journey includes a Bachelor of Science in Management (Southern IL University of Edwardsville) and Master of Arts in Communication (English) (Webster University).

Professional Roles and Affiliations:

• Founder and Pastor of Noah’s Ark Ministries established in 2007.

• Founder and President of Cutting Edge Seminary & Bible Institute (CESBI), established in 2013.

• Founder of Focus Life Empowerment Transformation Program established in 2010.

• Facilitator of Focus Life Empowerment Coaching Programs and workshops.

• Facilitator of monthly Master Mentorship program.

• Former Committeeman for Precinct 10 - Swansea, IL.

Family Life:

• Dr. Collier is a mother, and grandmother, actively involved in serving her family, church, and community.
